When an interface is set down on one of the containers the link local address changes. This results in the information that RIP propagates not updating correctly, because the old link local address is used. This probably has to do with the way the link local address is set after creating the container from the ogobase and the MAC address that is later set to make all MAC addresses unique on each container.
## How to reproduce
- Create the containers from the configuration file configurations/ripng/ripng.conf.
- Connect to the screen on router2
- Run `ip link set down eth23` and `ip link set up eth23`
- Remove the IPv6 address from eth23 (`ip add del 2001:db8:0:f102::1/64 dev eth23`)
- Detach from the screen session and attach to router3
- Show the current routes with `ip -6 route`
- The link local address for the route to router1 is not the link local address of eth23
